“The Les Hauts de Smith 2015 Rouge has an assured bouquet, harmonious and well defined with blackberry, bilberry plus a light marine scent developing with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grain tannin, clean and quite precise, firming up toward a more linear, graphite-tinged finish that displays commendable precision. The terroir is expressed well here and it should age well over the next decade.” (2/2018)
