2021 Ronan Blanc by Château Clinet

Description

A food-friendly white Bordeaux from Château Clinet with a generous nose of mandarin-highlighted citrus and mineral tone. A fresh and delicious reflection of the style and savoir-faire of its famous Pomerol winery. The grapes come from clay and limestone terroir on one of the highest points of the Entre-Deux-Mers. There, winemakers use intelligent, environmentally friendly viticulture methods to respect and protect the vines. The wine is then vinified in stainless steel vats with skin-contact maceration and low-temperature alcoholic fermentation to draw out its best features.
