Where we ship
Currently, we can ship wine directly to customers in the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming
It is ILLEGAL for us to ship wine to the states NOT LISTED above.
***PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT SHIPPING TO ANY STATES NOT LISTED ABOVE***
However, if the recipient address is located in one of these ILLEGAL states and is a “licensed consignee” such as a store, restaurant, bar, hotel, etc. that holds a liquor license in your state, we can ship to them.
As an alternative option for customers in these states, we could ship to someone you know in a neighboring state where it is legal and have the package retrieved from them.
SHIPPING IN SUMMER
Because of possible damage to products, we will not ship until the fall. We will store your wine purchases at no extra charge. If, however, you would like to overnight the wine, we can do so. In that case, you will need to sign a release stating that we’re not responsible for any damage that might occur.
